The following terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the www.belivecoach.com website and all content, services, and products available at or through the website (collectively, the “Website”). These Terms apply to any individual or organization (“you”).

The Website is owned and operated by BeLIVE Coaching & Consulting, LLC and Ilhiana Rojas Saldana (collectively, “BeLIVE,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing the Website and/or purchasing or using any program, service, workshop, course, or product (“Service” or “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Website or our Services.


We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. By continuing to use the Website after changes are posted, you accept the revised Terms.


Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for information about what data we collect and how we use it.


1. Use of the Website

You agree to use the Website and Services only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else’s use and enjoyment of the Website.

You may not use the Website to:

  • Harass, abuse, or harm another person.
  • Upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Website, other accounts, or computer systems.

We reserve the right to refuse access to the Website or Services to anyone, at any time, for any reason.


2. Payments and Refunds

2.1 Payment Methods

Payment for Services shall be made via credit card, PayPal, event management/ticketing platforms, or other BeLIVE-approved payment methods, as specified at the point of payment. All prices and amounts are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

By placing an order with BeLIVE, you agree that we may charge your account the full purchase price, including all applicable taxes and fees, immediately or in accordance with any payment plan you select at checkout.


2.2 Your Authorization

By placing an order, you represent and warrant that:

  • The credit card or payment account used is yours or you are duly authorized to use it; and
  • The payment information you provide is true, accurate, and complete.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BeLIVE from any and all damages, losses, or costs (including attorneys’ fees) arising from any breach of this representation.


2.3 No Refund Policy

Unless otherwise stated in writing at the time of purchase, all payments are non-refundable.

For multi-session programs, memberships, or coaching packages, payment remains due in full once the program has begun, regardless of whether you fully participate or complete all sessions, except where otherwise required by law.


2.4 Order Confirmation

BeLIVE will email you to confirm your purchase and provide details regarding your selected Service. If there is any error in this confirmation, it is your responsibility to notify us as soon as possible at info@belivecoach.com.


3. Right to Service and Program Access

You have six (6) months or 185 days (whichever is shorter) from the date of purchase to fully redeem and use your Service (unless otherwise stated in the specific Service description).

After this period, BeLIVE reserves the right to decline delivery of any unused portion of the Service, and no refund will be provided.

We reserve the right to remove you from a Service (without refund) if you:

  • Negatively impact someone else’s experience;
  • Share confidential or proprietary materials from the Service without permission;
  • Engage in disruptive, harmful, or abusive behavior; or
  • Sign up in bad faith (e.g., with the intention of accessing materials and then disputing or demanding a refund contrary to these Terms).


4. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Providing any information or materials reasonably necessary for BeLIVE to perform the Services;
  • Attending appointments, coaching sessions, or workshops as scheduled;
  • Communicating honestly and respectfully;
  • Being open to feedback and support; and
  • Creating the time and energy to participate fully in the Service.

BeLIVE is not responsible for your actions, decisions, or results that follow from our Services.


5. Cancellation & Rescheduling of Sessions

We understand that schedules can change and will do our best to accommodate reasonable requests.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session or Service.
  • You may do so through the agreed communication method (e.g., Calendly, email) or by emailing info@belivecoach.com.
  • Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a late cancellation fee of $25 USD or may result in forfeiting that session, at BeLIVE’s discretion (as outlined in your specific program agreement).
  • For any no-show (failure to attend the scheduled session or Service without notice, with the latest acceptable notice being five minutes past the scheduled start time), BeLIVE will not make up the time. The missed session or Service will be considered fully used.

These policies exist to honor both your time and ours, as well as other clients who may be on a waitlist.


6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

6.1 No Guarantees

Coaching, consulting, workshops, and educational content are designed to support your growth and development, but no specific results are guaranteed. Your outcomes depend on many factors, including your own actions, decisions, and circumstances.

You understand and agree that BeLIVE does not:

  • Provide legal, medical, psychological, financial, or tax advice; or
  • Guarantee job placement, promotions, income increases, or specific business results.

You are solely responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results.


6.2 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree that under no circumstances shall BeLIVE be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, exemplary, or any other damages arising out of or in connection with:

  • Your use of the Website or Services;
  • Any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, computer virus, or system failure;
  • Loss of revenue, profits, business, savings, goodwill, or data; or
  • Third-party theft of, destruction of, unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of your information or property.

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory (negligence, contract, tort, or otherwise), even if BeLIVE has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In states or jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall BeLIVE’s cumulative liability to you exceed:

  • The total purchase price of the Service you purchased from us; or
  • If no purchase has been made, one hundred dollars (USD $100).

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website and within our Services—including, but not limited to, text, graphics, logos, images, videos, audio, training materials, workbooks, frameworks, digital downloads, and online class content—is the intellectual property of BeLIVE or its licensors, and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

  • Modify, publish, transmit, transfer, sell, create derivative works from, distribute, display, reproduce, or perform any content in any format;
  • Share login details or access to paid programs with any third party;
  • Remove any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notice from the content.

You may use materials only for your own personal, non-commercial purposes, as specifically authorized. Any unauthorized use is strictly prohibited. BeLIVE reserves the right to remove you from any Service without refund and pursue legal remedies if you violate this intellectual property policy.


8. Content Posted on Other Websites

The Website may contain links to third-party websites and resources (including through scheduling tools such as Calendly, video platforms, or event pages). BeLIVE does not control and is not responsible for:

  • The content, products, or services offered on third-party websites;
  • Any damages or losses caused or alleged to be caused by your use of or reliance on such sites.

By linking to a non-BeLIVE website, we do not imply endorsement. You are responsible for taking appropriate precautions to protect yourself and your systems.


9. Termination

BeLIVE may terminate or suspend your access to the Website or Services at any time, with or without cause or notice, effective immediately.

If you wish to terminate your use of the Website, you may simply stop using it. If you have a paid Services account or program:

  • You may terminate participation at any time by providing two weeks’ notice via email to info@belivecoach.com.
  • However, payment of the full Service fee will still be due in accordance with the agreed payment plan, as we maintain a no-refund policy unless otherwise specified or required by law.

BeLIVE may terminate the Website as part of a general shutdown of services. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.


10. General Representation and Warranty

You represent and warrant that:

  1. Your use of the Website will be in strict accordance with these Terms and the Privacy Policy, and with all applicable laws and regulations; and
  2. Your use of the Website will not infringe or misappropriate the intellectual property or other rights of any third party.


11. Confidentiality

The relationship between you (“Client”) and BeLIVE, and all information shared during coaching or consulting sessions (verbal or written), is treated as confidential in alignment with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Code of Ethics, but is not a legally privileged relationship (like attorney-client).

BeLIVE agrees not to disclose any Client information without the Client’s written consent, except in the following cases:

  • Information already in BeLIVE’s possession prior to being furnished by the Client;
  • Information that is publicly known or becomes publicly known through no fault of BeLIVE;
  • Information lawfully obtained from a third party who is not bound to confidentiality;
  • Information independently developed by BeLIVE without reference to the Client’s confidential information; or
  • Information that BeLIVE is required by law to disclose (e.g., court order, risk of harm, etc.).

BeLIVE will not disclose your name as a reference without your consent.


12. Release of Information (ICF Credentialing & Professional Development)

In pursuit of or maintaining ICF credentials, BeLIVE may be required to provide the names and contact information of coaching clients for verification purposes.

By using this Website or purchasing Services, you agree that BeLIVE may share your:

  • Name
  • Contact information (e.g., email)
  • Start and end dates of coaching

with ICF staff or relevant reviewers solely for the purpose of verifying the coaching relationship. No personal notes or session content will be shared.

In accordance with coaching ethics, coaching topics may be discussed anonymously and hypothetically with other coaching professionals for supervision, mentoring, or professional development. Your identity will not be disclosed in such cases.


13. Coaching & Professional Advice Disclaimer

The term “coaching” covers life coaching, personal coaching, executive coaching, and business coaching for the Client, and may include mentoring or supervision where applicable.

You understand that coaching and consulting are not substitutes for:

  • Medical, psychological, or mental health care
  • Legal advice
  • Financial, tax, or accounting advice

You agree to seek independent, qualified professional guidance where appropriate. If you are under the care of a mental health professional, BeLIVE recommends you inform them about your participation in coaching.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to your use of the Website or Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Rhode Island, USA (or your actual state, if you prefer to change this), without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
