UNLOCK YOUR LEADERSHIP POTENTIAL

Understand Your Emotional Impact. Lead with Intention.
Elevate Your Influence.
Emotional Intelligence (EQ) is the ability to recognize, understand, and manage your emotions — and effectively navigate the emotions of others.
At BeLIVE, we use the TTI Success Insights Emotional Quotient (EQ) Assessment to help leaders build self-awareness, emotional regulation, empathy, and relationship effectiveness—skills that are essential for leadership, influence, and long-term success.
THE FIVE EQ DIMENSIONS
- Self-Awareness – Recognizing your emotions as they occur and understanding their impact
- Self-Regulation – Managing emotional reactions and responding thoughtfully under pressure
- Motivation – Channeling emotions toward purpose, drive, and goal achievement
- Empathy – Understanding and responding to the emotions of others
- Social Skills – Building trust, navigating conflict, and strengthening relationships
Together, these dimensions reveal:
- How you respond under stress
- How you communicate during emotionally charged moments
- Where emotional blind spots may be limiting your influence
- How to strengthen emotional presence and leadership effectiveness

n today’s workplace, EQ is not optional — it’s a leadership differentiator.
GROUP ASSESSMENT
& WORKSHOP
Research shows how high performing teams are a reflection of high levels of understanding and communication. Effective communication can be accomplished when each team member has clarity on their behavioral and communication style and how they can adapt their style for more effective interactions. During this interactive group session, we will provide each member with an individual assessment, and work with the team to identify the behavioral differences between each member of the team and provide effective strategies to adapt their communication and improve their teamwork performance.
