Ilhiana Rojas Saldana is the powerhouse behind BeLIVE Coaching & Consulting. With over two decades of global executive experience across top Fortune 500 companies in Mexico and USA headquarters, Ilhiana knows what it takes to lead, inspire, and deliver results in complex, multicultural environments.

After a successful corporate career, Ilhiana chose to redefine leadership on her own terms—launching BeLIVE to support leaders in reconnecting with their purpose, elevating their voice, and driving change from a place of authenticity and vision.

A certified Executive & Leadership Coach, DEIB consultant, and dynamic keynote speaker, Ilhiana is known for her bold, compassionate, and action-oriented approach. She has coached and trained thousands of professionals from the front line to the C-suite, empowering them to navigate complexity, conquer limiting beliefs, and lead with clarity and confidence.

In addition to her work at BeLIVE, Ilhiana serves on multiple boards and initiatives that elevate women and the Latino community. She’s also a published author and advocate for inclusive, purpose-driven leadership.
