Sophia Toh is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), leadership development expert, and former global finance executive who brings more than 20 years of experience in business, strategy, organizational leadership, and transformation. Her corporate career includes leadership roles with Procter & Gamble and Kraft Heinz, where she led multi-billion-dollar businesses and organizations, including serving as CFO of P&G subsidiary Walker & Company Brands and a $5 billion business unit at Kraft Heinz. Sophia is credentialed by the International Coaching Federation and holds certifications from Gallup CliftonStrengths, Coach Diversity Institute, and the Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching Center. She is also a certified trainer in the Four Stages of Psychological Safety™.
