Cristina Costa is a people development leader, career coach, speaker, and advocate for creating more inclusive and equitable workplaces where everyone has the opportunity to thrive. With more than 15 years of experience in the technology sector, she has built a multifaceted career spanning recruiting, customer success, digital marketing, client consulting, project and program management, student engagement, and diversity and inclusion. Her work has focused on expanding access to opportunity, developing talent, and empowering professionals to define and pursue success on their own terms.

Throughout her career, Cristina has been a catalyst for greater representation and belonging in the workplace. She was a founding member of POCAH (People of Color at HubSpot), the company’s first employee resource group, and has developed strategic partnerships with organizations advancing diversity in technology, including G|Code, Resilient Coders, and Hack.Diversity. She also served for five years as Chief Marketing Officer of Women With Purpose, where she helped lead more than 40 professional development workshops, networking events, financial literacy conferences, and speaking programs supporting the advancement of women of color. Bilingual in English and Spanish and conversational in Japanese and Portuguese, Cristina has lived and worked in Mexico, Japan, and Spain, experiences that continue to shape her global perspective and belief in the power of diverse voices, experiences, and ideas.
