Dr. Alejandra Mielke is a bilingual leadership coach, facilitator, and learning and development expert who helps technical and field-based professionals transform how they lead people, not just what they know. With a PhD in Education from The University of Texas at Austin and certification as an iPEC Certified Coach, she combines adult learning principles with practical leadership development to strengthen self-awareness, communication, accountability, trust, and team effectiveness. She is the creator of the A.L.E. Transformation Method—Awareness, Learning, and Execution—a practical approach designed to move learning beyond the workshop and turn new insights into sustainable leadership behaviors.

Alejandra has worked with construction and engineering organizations including Turner Construction, Neucor Construction, Colliers Engineering & Design, and the Hispanic American Construction Industry Association, helping technically skilled professionals navigate difficult conversations, provide meaningful feedback, and lead more effectively. Her expertise spans global learning and development, organizational culture, workforce development, leadership effectiveness, team dynamics, succession planning, and coaching. An Everything DiSC® facilitator and Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner, Alejandra is passionate about helping organizations view workforce development not simply as training, but as a strategic investment in their people and long-term success.
